Ron Kelly - The ultimate Buzzard fan!

Ron Kelly, the bassist for the Christian band Midst of Lions, loves John Entwistle and Buzzard basses. How much does he love them? He got a tattoo of the Buzzard on his arm! (See photo below) Ron explains - “I have played a lot of basses and have owned my own little collection, but nothing ever had the sound I was looking for. That was until I played a Warwick . From that point on I wanted a Warwick Buzzard LTD John Entwistle Edition. This year when I met up with a new found friend, Mike-Frye Henderson, of Mike's Chop Shop, he told me he could hook me up with a Buzzard Bolt-on Zebrano. So now I am a proud owner of two Buzzard basses and I got the tattoo to remind me of the goal that I have been trying to achieve since 1989 of owning one of the most unique looking basses ever.”

We are honored that Ron had paid an ever-lasting tribute to the Buzzard on his arm. We are sure John would have loved it, too!
