Bridges, Trusses & Other Construction Marvels...

The WARWICK tailpiece design combines a rapid string change facility with the optimum break angle of the strings over the bridge. This transmits more of the strings' vibration to the wood, for a fuller tone and longer sustain.

The WARWICK bridge allows adjustment of the overall height, and also of the action, intonation, and spacing, of each string. Once adjusted, your settings are locked solid, for optimum transmission of the sound, and freedom from irritating buzzes and rattles. In comparative tests, WARWICK established that this design retains a far higher proportion of the strings' top end response than the most commonly used alternative. Warwick's Patented Just-a-nut

Even large changes in string gauge can be accommodated, thanks to the WARWICK adjustable nut. Each groove is in fact the head of a recessed screw, which can be raised or lowered as necessary. All are inset at a slight angle, ensuring a clean 'pivot' edge for precise intonation.

Warwick's patented two way truss rod allows correction of both concave and convex neck curvature (relative to the strings). The two piece design removes the inconvenience of an access screw in the center of the neck. The truss rod can also be slid right out, without removing the fingerboard - a large time and money saver in the unlikely event of damage.

Even the frets of a WARWICK are special. Jumbo in profile, these are made from a bronze alloy similar to that used for church bells. The material was chosen for its acoustic properties. It transmits more of the sound into the neck, and thus into the pickups.
